Part I: SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Program Name

The SMS messaging program is operated by Ballard Consultant Firm.

2. SMS Program Description

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Ballard Consultant Firm, you agree to receive messages related to the communication category you selected. Messages may be sent from Ballard Consultant Firm's registered business phone number, automated messaging platforms used by Ballard Consultant Firm, or directly from authorized Ballard Consultant Firm team members (including sales representatives, closers, coaches, and customer support staff) using either business-registered numbers or, in some cases, their individual mobile phone numbers, as described in Section 4 below.

Non-marketing SMS messages may include:

- Appointment confirmations

- Appointment reminders

- Rescheduling updates

- Responses regarding your consultation inquiry

- One-on-one outreach from a Ballard Consultant Firm sales representative or closer regarding a consultation you booked or information you requested

- Customer care, onboarding, and service-related notifications

Marketing SMS messages, only if you separately choose to opt in, may include:

- Service updates

- Promotional messages

- Offers

- Related business information

SMS consent is optional and is not required to schedule a consultation, make a purchase, or use our services.

3. SMS Consent

You will only receive SMS/text messages if you provide your phone number and choose to opt in through an approved consent method, including:

- Booking a consultation or appointment through one of our calendar or booking forms

- Submitting a form to download a lead magnet, free resource, training, or other content offer

- Submitting any other website form, chat widget, or documented opt-in process where SMS consent is requested

If separate consent options are provided, you may choose to opt in to non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box (or otherwise affirmatively consenting through one of the methods above), you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Ballard Consultant Firm as described in these Terms, including messages sent by automated systems and messages sent directly from authorized team members.

4. Messages From Ballard Consultant Firm Team Members

In addition to messages sent from our business-registered phone number and automated messaging platform, you may also receive SMS/text messages directly from authorized Ballard Consultant Firm team members, including sales representatives, closers, coaches, and customer support staff. These messages may be sent from either:

- Ballard Consultant Firm's registered business phone number(s); or

- The individual mobile phone number of an authorized team member.

When a team member contacts you from their individual mobile number, those messages are still sent on behalf of Ballard Consultant Firm and are covered by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To opt out of further SMS messages from any individual team member's number, you may reply STOP to that team member's number, or contact us using the information in Section 7 to be removed from all Ballard Consultant Firm SMS communications. Because messages from individual team member numbers are not sent through our automated SMS platform, the STOP keyword may be processed manually rather than automatically. We will honor opt-out requests promptly upon receipt.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Ballard Consultant Firm, including appointment scheduling, consultation requests, customer care inquiries, outreach from your assigned sales representative or coach, and any marketing communication preferences you select.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

7. Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Ballard Consultant Firm.

After you reply STOP to a message sent through our automated SMS platform, we may send one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive automated SMS messages from us unless you opt in again through our standard process.

To opt out of messages from an individual team member's mobile number, you may reply STOP directly to that number, or contact us using the information in Section 8 below to request removal from all Ballard Consultant Firm SMS communications. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly.
